Basharashop.com guarantees to refund for any item purchased from the website on returning the item on with proper valid reason before 48hrs after purchase.
To Apply for the return or refund or replacement follow the steps below
- Check the Date of Purchase and make sure the Date of Purchase is not older than 48hrs
- Make sure the products are in original condition before arrival.
- Basharashop will not accept the damaged products to return.
- For damaged products on arrival, customers should report this right to the delivery person or within 30minutes of delivery to our customer service number: (+971) 506375684
- For online paid orders, and any cancellation of the same order, Basharashop process the refund on request by the customer.
- Online paid refund will take 2 to 3 working days to process by the Basharashop Finance team. Bank promises the refund process to complete within 2 to 15 working days.
- Basharashop promises a partial refund in case the customer cancels any part of the invoice which may subject revise by the finance team.
- If the customer cancels any one of the items in an order with Discount applied, Basharashop will refund the money accordingly. Discount after canceling the partial no. of items may depend on the Discount conditions.
- Delivery charges will be applied for the orders below 100 AED, once the partial item canceled by the customer.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of purchase & Products, Our executive will visit and collect it from your location within UAE. For outside UAE, You can contact our customer support for necessary procedures.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
